• Ensure that you are aware of, and that you adhere to, the timing and procedural requirements of your task.
• Create a MIS and submit a report to the management authority in Madhya Pradesh.
• To oversee all operational facets of the receivables portfolio, including creating financial documents, staging transactions in the system, booking, billing, cash application, customer services, and contract modification and extension for Bhopal clients/customers.
• To maximise the efficiency of the company’s financial strategies in managing and marketing them, develop credit and customer service practises, policies, and processes.
• This position will perform a number of support duties including documenting, billing, resolving customer issues, and verifying KYC documents for new customers received from the Bhopal Sales Team.
