Job Description

Together with the support staff, you will help identify and prioritize production issues, choose code workarounds for problems as they arise, and reroute concerns of greater complexity to the core engineering team. As the incident response team’s technical triage leader, you will. You will be the team’s technical expert and be familiar with every step of the system and pipeline for each of our products. Developing and analyzing code (both front-end and back-end) to identify and prioritize bugs reported by our customers. Qualifications Computer science, engineering, or a related field with a BS/BA is preferable. Exposure to Java and JavaScript application, experience or knowledge in SQL development, and working with databases like Postgres and MySQL; familiarity with scripting programming languages like Python, bash, and Typescript; exposure to API development and debugging; and preference for knowledge of AWS or cloud-based solutions. Working knowledge of the JIRA ticketing system or Freshdesk Desk is a bonus the capacity and desire to pick up new technology fast Ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere and handle multiple competing priorities.
