Responsibility and Roles

Inform the execution team of any safety-related concerns and devise strategies to enhance employee security.
• Participate in a management meeting and inform the line top management of any safety-related issues or messages.
• Monitoring the workplace, identifying potentially dangerous situations, and taking action to fix them.
Continue to keep an eye out for the risky activity and act accordingly.
• Conduct risk assessments, assign control measures, and establish follow-up procedures.
• Conduct routine audit inspections to make sure risks are kept to a minimum.
· Look into the incident, if necessary.
• Create statistics-based reports for upper management.
• A review and implementation of corporate policy with consideration for legal ramifications.
• Attend Toolbox Talk with the execution supervisor to make sure TBT is completed prior to the start of each shift.
